With a child-centered approach, Lodgic Kids Camp puts children’s needs and interests at the
forefront. We provide families with high-quality, play-based, multisensory, and multidisciplinary care
focused on social and emotional skills. Our spaces are designed to inspire children to explore
and engage, having time and space to learn and grow at their own pace.

Plan your visit.

Download required paperwork and make an individual appointment with the Center Director to secure your spot. A $60 annual enrollment fee and required state paperwork is needed prior to attendance and can be filled out on first day of enrollment.

We are open Monday through Friday 6:30 am to 8:30 pm and by reservation on Saturday. Our extended hours are designed to offer licensed, flexible full-time, part-time, and scheduled hourly childcare that fits your needs.

We strive to be flexible to fit the needs of today's families. Advance payment is required to reserve your spot for full-time, part-time, or hourly childcare.

  • Diapers/pull-ups if applicable.
  • Change of clothes.
  • Sunscreen.
  • Shoes & clothing for outdoor play.

 

Meals and snacks are simply priced and chef-prepared. If your child is present at a meal or snack time, they will be served food. Nutritious Lodgic Kids Camp meals are always prepared fresh and delivered directly from our on-site kitchen. Adequate and appropriate food will be served according to the amount of time your child spends at the center.

Kids Camp will make reasonable accommodations for special diets. Outside food will be permitted only when a child is required to have a special diet due to medical reasons, allergic reactions, or religious beliefs. This will be provided by parents according to the written instructions from the child’s clergy and/or medical provider.

The following rules apply to outside food:

  • Information on special diet will be provided in writing from the parents and/or medical providers.
  • Records of food intake will be kept when indicated by the child’s medical provider.
  • Parents are responsible for the safety of food brought into Kids Camp.
  • Potentially hazardous and perishable food will be refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
  • Outside food shall be clearly labeled with the child’s name, date, and identity of the food.

Our daily schedule has been specifically planned to ensure a balance of enriching lessons, containing a balance of child-directed and teacher-directed activities.

We understand that an effective daily schedule serves not only to teach, but also promotes an enhanced sense of security for children. A structured and predictable classroom schedule builds trust between children and teachers.

  • All persons picking up children will be required to show an ID.
  • Security cameras are in place to monitor the safety and security of the children and staff.
  • Children are properly supervised at all times.
  • Teachers will conduct frequent head counts, ensuring that all children are always accounted for.
  • Teachers are responsible for emergency supplies at all times.
  • Teachers will conduct fire and crisis drills when appropriate.

Kids Camp provides a safe, clean, and healthy facility that has developmentally appropriate and well-maintained indoor and outdoor physical environments.

  • We evaluate the facility daily to maintain the health and safety of teachers, children, and families.
  • We promote healthy nutrition choices.
  • We follow established procedures to protect children and staff from illness and injury.
  • All furnishings, bathrooms, sinks, tables, chairs, materials, supplies, and sleeping arrangements are appropriate for the children’s age and level of development.
  • Children and staff follow established hand-washing policies and routinely sanitize all surfaces and toys in the facility.
  • Teachers will be trained in pediatric CPR/First Aid and safe sleep practices.
  • Policies with clear plans on how to respond to child illness are clearly posted and accessible to teachers.

To ensure the appropriate staffing ratios to provide accommodation to facilitate your child’s specialized childcare services, please address any special needs with the Center Director a minimum of 48 hours prior to your visit.

If one-on-one care is determined necessary for your child, an increased hourly rate may need to be applied. Rates will be determined by the Director if further evaluation is necessary.

Our goal is to develop a team-based plan with community resources, parents, and staff to help all children be successful in a group childcare setting. If we are unable to meet your child’s needs, the Center Director will assist with the community resources to assist your family.

Lodgic Kids Camp places a high priority on effective management and operations. Our knowledgeable leaders uphold the policies and values that are essential to building and maintaining quality programing.

  • We employ a teaching staff with the education, qualifications, knowledge, professional commitment, and an overall constitution that supports the learning and development goals of the program.
  • Teachers are provided with training in the program’s curriculum and work as a teaching team.
  • The program provides orientations for new staff and makes provisions for ongoing staff training and development.
